The Detroit-headquartered law firm Honigman LLP has recruited Corey Levin as a partner in its real estate services practice group.
Levin will serve U.S. and international clients in his practice, which will focus on economic and real estate development incentives, business incentives and credits, and sustainability/clean energy tax credits. Levin joins Honigman from Ernst & Young LLP, where he was part of the global location investment, credits and incentives advisory practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, where he earned certificates in environmental and energy law and business law.
“We are thrilled to welcome Corey as a partner to our firm,” said Richard Barr, co-leader of Honigman’s economic development incentives practice. “His extensive background in economic development advisory, and navigating complex financing structures and tax initiatives will be invaluable to our team, further enhancing our ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.”
