Hilton (NYSE:HLT) has partnered with the Dubai-based real estate developer NABNI Developments to announce plans for Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown.
The new development will be the first standalone Waldorf Astoria residential address outside of the United States. Based in a 1.5-acre plot in Downtown Dubai, The Residences is being designed by Carlos Ott Architects with interiors by the hospitality design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates. The property is scheduled for completion in 2028.
