Nancy Sinatra’s former Beverly Hills home lists for $2.95M

A Beverly Hills abode once home to Nancy Sinatra has hit the market for the first time in half a century.

The property, seeking $2.95 million, is a time capsule, much of it appearing as it did when the now 83-year-old “Sugar Town” singer lived there in the 1960s, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

In addition to calling the 2,785-square-foot domicile her home, Sinatra also filmed parts of the music video for her 1967 track “I Gotta Get Outta This Town” there.

“It’s been my family home for 50 years,” said current owner Orly Frank, whose parents bought the four-bedroom compound from “Lost in Space” director Sobey Martin, who, in turn, had purchased it from Sinatra.

Despite selling the gated address in a canyon above Los Angeles, Sinatra kept in contact with Frank’s family so she could still stop by periodically, Frank told the publication, explaining “Nancy Sinatra stayed in touch with my family. She came up and visited, and she sent some handwritten notes to my parents. She loved the house.”

It’s not hard to see why: The listing, held by Coldwell Banker’s Steve Frankel, boasts a courtyard, a mod entryway, a Martini bar-equipped living room, an “architectural fireplace and walls of glass.”

As well, there’s an adjacent housekeeper’s room, a primary suite with a walk-in closet, a pool and a two-car garage.

“A wonderful opportunity to restore this Mid-Century gem with a glamorous Hollywood history!” says the listing.

Preserved original notes from Sinatra’s time at 2296 Betty Lane include the entire kitchen as well as various notes of a certain favorite color that, in addition to being used for the built-in seating surrounding the living room fireplace, has also become something of a common preference of Sinatra and the Frank family.

“[Sinatra] loved the color yellow and she still loves the color yellow — I see her posts all the time. Yellow was her favorite color and my mom sort of adopted the same yellow curtains and yellow built-in seating around the fireplace,” Frank told the outlet. “Even my children and I have all sort of attempted to incorporate yellow into all of our homes as a result. I kind of feel very touched by that color.”
