‘Avatar’ star Zoe Saldana looks to sell Beverly Hills mansion for $16.5M

Actress Zoe Saldana has put her home of less than 10 years on the market.

Located in the gated Beverly Hills neighborhood of Hidden Valley Estates, the property boasts its own tennis court and 6,400 square feet of living space.

The movie star, 45, is best known for her parts in both of James Cameron’s “Avatar” movies, and for playing Gamora in Marvel’s “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame.”

Saldana purchased the property back in 2016.

She paid $8.7 million for the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence, which she’s now trying to sell for $16.5 million, the Wall Street Journal first reported, citing records showing an entity tied to Saldana.

The abode, the publication added, appears to have originally been constructed in the 1970s.

The listing, which hit the market this week, is being represented by Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates.

Not only is it available for purchase, but it’s also up for lease at a cool $47,500 a month.

Highlights of the compound include a fireplace-equipped living room, a paneled family room, multiple terraces, a home theater, a third-floor gym — and a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, a large sitting area and a double closet dressing room.

Set on just over half an acre, outdoor amenities include a pool, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, “large flat lawns” and the lighted tennis court, according to the listing.

The interior was recently remodeled with “modern influences” in mind, and now sports imported stone and custom wood details.

In addition to owning newsworthy real estate, Saldana — who has also appeared in multiple “Star Trek” movies and has her husband’s face tattooed on her body — also owns the status of having starred in more $2 billion films than any other actress.

While financially fruitful, however, she has admitted that repeatedly playing the same character in franchise flicks has made her feel creatively stifled.

“I feel that for the last 10 years of my life, I’ve been just stuck. I felt stuck doing these franchises,” she told WWD this past December.
