In a true Hollywood-to-Miami migration, Brad Pitt’s manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, has joined the growing ranks of Californians finding their piece of paradise in the Sunshine State.

Pett-Dante has just sealed the deal on a stunning $5.1 million property nestled within the upscale guard-gated haven of Hibiscus Island at 185 S. Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach, setting a record-breaking price for a non-waterfront home in the process, The Post has learned.

This dwelling, pegged a “modern masterpiece” borne of meticulous renovation, is situated on a sprawling 9,500-square-foot corner lot.

The property boasts an open-concept design, adorned with numerous sitting areas.

Dressed with intricate millwork and custom built-ins throughout, the discerning eye is immediately drawn to the sleek kitchen, a culinary sanctuary courtesy of Italkraft.

The kitchen features an oversize chef’s island, European cabinetry and opulent marble counters by Opustone.

The primary suite beckons with dual walk-in closets, a steam shower and a soaking tub. It also boasts its very own private terrace.

Step outside, and you’ll be greeted by a brand-new heated saltwater swimming pool, complete with a sun-drenched deck and thoughtfully designed privacy landscaping.

Living on Hibiscus Island offers even more perks.

This exclusive community features round-the-clock security, tennis and basketball courts for active recreation, a playground — and easy access to the vibrant South of Fifth district and bustling Downtown Miami.

Dina Goldentayer and Joseph Schafer of Douglas Elliman represented the seller, while the buyer was repped by Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC.

Pett-Dante didn’t return a request for comment.

Brad Pitt, on the other hand is staying put in California, after swapping Los Angeles homes.

The actor downsized from his longtime residence and purchased a 2,000-square-foot home that belonged to Getty oil heiress Aileen Getty.
