Multi family

Multifamily properties are types of commercial real estate assets that provide housing units for multiple families within a single building or complex. These properties can include apartments, condominiums, townhouses, and other types of multi-unit residential buildings.

Investors in multifamily properties include individuals, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity firms, and institutional investors such as pension funds and insurance companies. These investors may purchase multifamily properties as a standalone investment or as part of a larger portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
