The developer Casata recently hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to launch Casata San Marcos, a 210-unit micro-home rental community located within the greater Austin Metropolitan area in San Marcos, Texas.
The development of Casata San Marcos follows the builder’s launch of its first micro-home community, Casata Austin. Residents in the new development will be able to rent one- or two-bedroom units that range from approximately 512 to 806 square feet. Community amenities include a community center, pool, pocket parks, dog runs, and an exercise facility, and renters can sign leases ranging from 12 to 15 months.
