Fox News headliner Sean Hannity is making good on his claim that he’s “done” with New York by listing his Long Island mansion for $13.75 million.
The Wall Street Journal reported Hannity acquired the property through a limited liability company in 2008 for $8.5 million. Hannity’s residence on the exclusive Centre Island features an 11,000-square-foot residence with seven bedrooms, seven full baths and two half-baths, while the 6.22-acre property features an 80-foot private dock on Oyster Bay, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a par-3 golf course and a separate putting green.
Last January, Hannity announced that he would begin taping his Fox News television show and his iHeartRadio program from West Palm Beach, Florida, where he purchased a $5.3 million condominium in 2021. Hannity’s relocation follows his growing unhappiness of New York’s quality of life and political environment.
“We are now beginning our first broadcast from my new home and that is in the free state of Florida,” Hannity said in announcing his move. “I am out. I am done. I’m finished.”
