Madison Group, the Toronto-headquartered real estate development company, announced its latest project will be a master-planned community in Toronto’s Midtown.

The new project will encompass two individual properties, with two towers at 90-110 Eglinton Ave. East and two towers at 150-164 Eglinton Ave. East. The properties will offer a fusion of residential, office, retail, and public spaces.

Madison Group is partnering with Rafael Viñoly Architects, Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. and MPFP Landscape Architecture on this endeavor. The 90-110 Eglinton Ave. East property’s 58-story towers will be connected by a six-story bridge at the fifth and tenth levels and will encompass 1,035 residential units and 25,565 square feet in the publicly accessible open space. The 150-164 Eglinton Ave. East property’s 61-story towers will have 1,329 units and 28,850 square feet of publicly accessible open space.

The company did not offer a timeline on when construction is slated to begin and conclude.

“Working with a world-renowned team of best-in-class architects, Madison Group is thrilled to announce plans for this master-planned community coming soon to Toronto’s Midtown,” said Josh Zagdanski, vice president of high-rise at Madison Group. “Featuring four striking towers, a multitude of amenities, and intricately crafted public spaces, this development is set to redefine urban living in Toronto.”
