The private equity investment firm Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) (OTCMKTS: ICGU) has announced the appointment of Greg Minson as global head of asset management within its real estate business.
In his new role, Minson will be based in London and provide global leadership across ICG’s asset and fund management, debt capital markets, as well as portfolio finance and operational functions. He will also join the real estate investment committee.
Greg joins ICG from Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS), where he was most recently global chief operations officer for the real estate group within the asset and wealth management division. Minson previously led Goldman Sachs’s realty management division in Europe and Asia and was chief financial officer of the European special situations group. He joined the company in 1998 as an analyst.
“We are delighted to welcome Greg to ICG,” said Global Head of Real Estate Krysto Nikolic. “His extensive experience across asset and fund management in complex real estate investing businesses will be immensely valuable as we continue to scale our real estate platform across strategies and geographies.”
