Yankees great Bernie Williams lists longtime NY home for $2M

In a pitch-perfect move, former Yankees star Bernie Williams, born Bernabé, has stepped up to the plate and listed his longtime White Plains penthouse for just under $2 million, The Post has learned.

Located at the coveted 10 City Plains, the 55-year-old baseball icon’s luxurious abode boasts a grand slam of amenities and stunning views.

Renowned for his remarkable 16-year MLB career exclusively with the New York Yankees from 1991 to 2006, Williams has decided to part ways with his slice of New York heaven.

The three-bedroom unit, now converted into a lavish two-bedroom, spans over 2,500 square feet.

“I will miss the incredible views of the Manhattan skyline and beyond,” Williams said, reflecting on the memories made in his upscale dwelling.

“This home has been amazing for entertaining as well as relaxing. The building has everything one would need. An awesome concierge, staff and valet service. Delicious restaurants are just down the block.,” he added.

Williams purchased the home back in 2006 for $1.7 million, the same year he bid farewell to the Yankees.

Williams spared no expense in curating this “one-of-a-kind” living space, featuring an expansive outdoor terrace that stretches the entire length of the apartment.

The terrace, accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom, offers sweeping views of the surroundings, creating the perfect backdrop for Williams’ post-Yankees endeavors.

Stacey Oestreich, co-founder of The Strong Oestreich Team at Douglas Elliman, has the listing.

“My favorite feature, by far, is the outdoor terrace,” Oestreich said. “It’s a very unique feature to have, there are very few available and they are in high demand. By way of example, the Ritz next door does not offer any outdoor space for individual units. We expect to sell just around the asking price because of this feature.”

The Tower, where Williams’ penthouse is perched, boasts a lineup of amenities. From a 24-hour concierge to an indoor pool and spa, there’s no room for longing.

A modern kitchen — complete with GE Monogram appliances, marble countertops and a breakfast island — adds an extra layer of sophistication.
