Taylor Swift’s ‘1989’ Polaroid paradise hits market for $3.7M

A unique Flatiron duplex, where Taylor Swift once captured the essence of her iconic album “1989 (Taylor’s Version),” is now on the market for a cool $3.7 million, The Post has learned.

Swift, 33, who’s set to re-release her chart-topping album this Friday, Oct. 27, with brand new recordings, made this New York City haven the backdrop for some of the most cherished Polaroids in her collection.

Represented by Shane Boyle from The Agency New York, this sought-after apartment is located at 874 Broadway.

The photos speak for themselves, showcasing the very spot where the magic of “1989” was preserved for eternity.

Nestled in the iconic MacIntyre Building, this corner loft is nothing short of an urban oasis.

With 18 oversize windows facing south and west, the residence is bathed in natural light, offering sweeping views of the cityscape and Union Square in the distance.

But this is no ordinary loft. It underwent a year-long renovation, ingeniously combining two apartments, 301 and 401, to create a luxurious three-bedroom, 3.5-bath masterpiece — all interconnected by a custom-engineered steel staircase.

Step inside, and you’re welcomed by a hallway leading to a spacious corner living/dining area adorned with two full walls of windows. The open-format kitchen, a chef’s dream, features cabinets crafted from reclaimed chestnut, a vintage Tiffany blue refrigerator and a custom island.

At the end of the hall, a king-size bedroom awaits, complete with south-facing windows and an open-plan shower and sink. Another bedroom is perfect for guests, with a Murphy bed flanked by custom cabinetry and ample space for a queen-size bed. Just across the hall, there’s a full bath boasting a deep copper soaking tub and an exposed internal wall.

A spiral staircase leads to the primary suite, where a custom-designed platform bed takes center stage. The ensuite bath features Waterworks fixtures, an antique stone farmhouse sink, and a vast walk-in closet. An additional storage loft adds to the appeal.

Separated by a door of reclaimed chestnut, there’s a windowed home office that could easily transform into a fourth bedroom.

Across from the office, a butler’s pantry showcases chestnut cabinetry, a tooled copper sink, an under-counter refrigerator and a full-size washer/dryer. Off the pantry, a powder room featuring an antique limestone sink completes the layout.

The MacIntyre Building, constructed in 1892 by Ewen MacIntyre, is a 12-story elevator cooperative with 23 units, standing tall at the bustling intersection of Broadway and 18th Street. Board-approved pied-a-terres and pet-friendly policies make this location even more desirable.

To sweeten the deal, the owner will buy down the maintenance for the first five years. The actual maintenance stands at $8,568.05, making this offer even more irresistible.
