“Groundhog Day” actress Andie MacDowell is offloading her 1920s Tudor in Los Angeles’s star-studded — and hip — Silver Lake neighborhood.
The twee, pitched-roof property, which includes a pool and five bedrooms, is currently seeking $3.99 million.
MacDowell, 65, is also known for her performance in the 1985 Brat Pack classic “St. Elmo’s Fire” and the 1994 British romcom “Four Weddings and a Funeral.”
She is also the mother of actress Margaret Qualley.
“This classic storybook home in Silver Lake is a gem in LA,” Compass’s Natalie Stern Trabin, who holds the listing, told The Post. “Especially with low inventory in the area and the incredible desirability of the neighborhood, we anticipate several offers over asking. Silver Lake has tons of amazing restaurants, boutiques, cafes and more — and is a little slice of heaven in this city.”
The domicile, which measures in at 1,772 square feet, is defined by smooth white walls, pitched roofs, and arched doors and windows.
The freshly listed four-bathroom home is rather humble for a celebrity residence, but features plentiful communal space — with a formal living room, a dining room and a second-story family room.
The kitchen boasts an island, marble countertops, a La Cornue range and Miele appliances hidden behind custom panels. Highlights of the living room include a fireplace and a Palladian fanlight window.
Up the grand staircase is the second-story family room with sweeping views of the Silver Lake Reservoir, adjacent to which, and overlooking the backyard pool, is the primary suite. That has 15-foot ceilings, a walk-in closet, a sitting area, and an ensuite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub.
There is a stand-alone, 720-square-foot, two-car garage (“the perfect flex space with endless possibilities,” according to press materials), and both the front and back yards are “landscaped using drought-tolerant California natives.”
