Sydney Sweeney is the latest celebrity to flee to Florida with luxe $13.5M oceanfront home

Sydney Sweeney is set to unlock the doors to a luxe oceanfront estate in South Florida, snapping it up for nearly $13.5 million, The Post has learned.

TMZ caught the star grabbing a coffee at her local shop in the Sunshine State, confirming she’s already made herself at home.

And why not? Her new pad is nothing short of spectacular.

The sprawling mansion, which occupies nearly 8,000 square feet, comes with all the fixings. Located in the Florida Keys, features include a chef’s kitchen, a 520-bottle wine room, and it even has a 330-gallon aquarium.

Made up of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the home boasts idyllic views of the ocean and a protected canal, the listing notes.

Add to that an elevator, a home gym, a game room, a custom walnut bar and a boat launch — Sweeney’s new digs are the epitome of luxury.

Amenities also include its own boat ramp, outdoor kitchen, and a great room that wraps around the kitchen.

Sweeney, 26, joins the ranks of other A-listers who have recently migrated to Florida, including Sylvester Stallone, Jeff Bezos and Tom Brady.

This swanky purchase will mark Sweeney’s fourth property.

Just last year, she snagged a $6.2 million fixer-upper in Bel-Air.

Before that, in 2021, she bought a $3 million Tudor-style home in Westwood.

And there was her sentimental buy in 2022 – Sweeney repurchased her great-grandmother’s home, the one her family was forced to sell years ago. “I recently paid off my mom’s mortgage,” the Spokane-born, LA-raised beauty told Who What Wear in March.

It’s a major turnaround from just two years ago when Sweeney opened up to The Hollywood Reporter about struggling to pay her bills.

“I don’t have someone supporting me, I don’t have anyone I can turn to, to pay my bills or call for help,” she said in a candid July 2022 interview.

Despite being on a hit HBO show “Euphoria”, she noted, “They don’t pay actors like they used to, and with streamers, you no longer get residuals. The established stars still get paid, but I have to give 5% to my lawyer, 10% to my agents, 3% or something like that to my business manager. I have to pay my publicist every month, and that’s more than my mortgage.”

“If I just acted, I wouldn’t be able to afford my life in L.A. I take deals because I have to,” she admitted.

But those days seem far behind her now. Since that interview, Sweeney has landed several roles and launched her own production company, skyrocketing her net worth to a reported $40 million.
