“Pitch Perfect” actress Rebel Wilson is offloading the West Hollywood, California home she used as an office.
The Aussie, 44, bought the five-bedroom abode for $2.95 million in 2016 and has used it regularly since, although mostly as a place of work, calling it her “Office House” she told the Wall Street Journal.
“She worked there every day and has spent an occasional night there,” Douglas Elliman agent Tracy Tutor, who holds the $4.15 million listing, told The Post of the 4,409-square-foot two-story residence. “This was a great space for her to be creative, write, host meetings, host parties.”
Meanwhile, Wilson’s primary home is located in the Hollywood Hills, just 5 miles or so north from the West Hollywood address.
Wilson wrote a significant portion of her recently published autobiography “Rebel Rising,” at the West Hollywood dwelling, in addition to brainstorming her 2019 film “The Hustle,” her 2022 flick “Senior Year” and untold amounts of social media content there, the Journal reported.
She’s selling the property because, as she finds herself spending more time with her young daughter, Royce, and fiancée Ramona Agruma at their actual home, she’s looking to downsize to a smaller office house.
“But it’s sad, because it’s such a good house,” Wilson told the Journal.
In addition to its celebrity pedigree, the work-from-home home also features multiple fireplaces, an open-format kitchen with high-end appliances, a media room, a downstairs office and a primary suite with a private balcony. Outside, there’s a pool and a covered patio, and carefully landscaped hedges and flower beds.
Wilson even converted a former garage into a workout room, currently decorated with a neon signing spelling out “Rebel Gym.”
“She didn’t make any material changes to the house but she was on a total fitness and wellness kick and she was like, ‘I wanna have this space converted into a really fun gym that I can workout in every day,’” Tutor told The Post.
