Rory McIlroy has a right to his 13,000-square-foot Florida mansion — thanks to a solid prenup

Rory McIlroy has a right to keep his sprawling 13,000-square-foot mansion in Jupiter, Florida in his divorce, all thanks to a solid prenup, sources tell The Post.

However, don’t expect him to stay put. McIlroy is likely to hand over the keys to his soon-to-be ex, Erica Stoll, while he hunts for a new pad.

Sources say that the PGA star may give up the sprawling family residence in order to provide a stable home for their 4-year-old daughter, Poppy.

Situated on almost 2.5 acres of land, the lavish property — boasting nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a home theater, a recording studio, a guest house, a tennis court and membership to a Jack Nicklaus golf course — seems fit for royalty.

Yet, McIlroy’s heart appears to be moving on to different pastures.

The former couple had spent years renovating the home that they purchased in 2017 for $11 million, records show. The property is worth more than $20 million today, according to a Redfin estimate.

But McIlroy may not just be moving on to a new pad. Gossip is swirling on the PGA Tour, linking McIlroy to CBS reporter Amanda Balionis.

The pair were spotted getting chummy just days after McIlroy, 35, filed for divorce from Stoll on May 13, ending their seven-year marriage. Balionis, married to former NFL quarterback Bryn Renner, interviewed McIlroy after his Wells Fargo Championship win on May 12, where their chemistry seemed palpable.

Meanwhile, the Northern Irish golfer and his estranged wife’s love story began at the 2012 Ryder Cup, where Stoll, a PGA transport official, caught McIlroy’s eye.

They tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony at Ashford Castle in Ireland in 2017, with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran and Chris Martin in attendance.

However, the couple’s marriage hit turbulence. “A point of contention in Rory’s marriage with Erica was that Erica was lonely in their marriage,” a source told Us Weekly. With McIlroy constantly on the road, Stoll felt isolated, especially after Poppy’s birth.

The strain was evident. Stoll missed several of McIlroy’s tournaments, including the Masters in April. Sources say she reached a “breaking point,” leading to the divorce filing that includes a request for split custody of their daughter.

“Rory was a hard person to be married to,” the source told he outlet.
