Jay-Z and Beyoncé once lived in this NYC building — now you can, too

Imagine the dinner parties! A Tribeca loft in a building with serious star power is on the market for $6.75 million.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé once lived in the penthouse, with its landscaped roof terrace — the urban equivalent of Hamptons hedges. The couple even got married there in 2008.

Currently, Justin and Hailey Bieber — who skipped the 2024 Met Gala for the second year in a row — are also renting in the building, as Gimme Shelter exclusively reported.

The building, at the corner of Hudson and Desbrosses streets, was also formerly home to “RHONY” alum and Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel.

The classic sixth-floor corner loft at 195 Hudson St. that’s currently on the market is 3,168 square feet. It features details like 12-foot ceilings, 8-foot-high casement windows, floor-to-ceiling windows, concrete columns, great light, a private terrace and a dedicated parking spot.

Not bad, considering that parking spots next door at 443 Greenwich St. sell for around $1 million, according to reports.

The smart-wired home opens to a large living and dining room for entertaining. It currently functions as a two-bedroom, two-bath residence — but can also be a three- or four-bedroom, per the listing. It also features an open kitchen and a main bedroom suite with a dressing room, an ensuite spa-like bath and a terrace.

The brick building dates to 1924 when it housed the United States Rubber Company. Building amenities also include private storage and a common roof deck with panoramic city views.

The listing brokers are Aren Ebrahimi and Leonard Steinberg of Compass.
