This property pairs well with deep-pocketed wine lovers.

In California’s internationally renowned wine region of Sonoma County, a sprawling vineyard and its stately main house have come to market for $11.9 million.

Known as Pritchett Peaks Vineyard, the estate measures in at 120 acres, 110 of which compose “the most significant vineyard in Sonoma County’s Rockpile AVA (American Viticultural Area) to ever come to market,” listing agent Jim Martin of California Outdoor Properties told The Post. Martin added that the vineyard includes 45 acres of professionally planted vines that produce first-rate grapes “currently sold to some of California’s most prestigious wineries.”

(The vineyard — which has an electric gated perimeter — dates to 2008, when three brothers from a long line of local farmers broke ground on it.)

In addition to its vineyard offerings, the property also features 40 miles of trails, a reservoir and hundreds of olive trees that yield about 45 gallons of oil annually. Also, the trademarked name Pritchett Peaks, which will transfer to the new owner upon closing, and additionally serves as a “sanctuary that backs into the 17,000-plus-acre Lake Sonoma Open Space Preserve,” said Martin.

The main house, known as Pritchett Peaks’ Manor, is white with green gables and measures in at 3,000 square feet spread over two stories.

It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a covered wraparound deck, reclaimed Georgia hardwood floors and multiple fireplaces.

There is custom millwork throughout, a rustic kitchen — and stunning, panoramic views of Lake Sonoma and the vineyard.
