Nick Rivera Caminero, known by his stage name Nicky Jam, has just closed on the purchase of a glam $4.1 million condominium in Miami, The Post has learned.

Originally hitting the market with an asking price of $4.39 million, the renowned singer — celebrated for chart-toppers like “X,” “Travesuras,” “En la Cama,” and “Hasta el Amanecer” — seems to have secured a bargain.

Spanning across three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this turnkey abode offers over 3,100 square feet of lavish living space.

Perched in the upscale Elysee building, the condo boasts waterfront vistas complemented with intricate millwork, designer lighting and a private foyer.

The development is located in the city’s Edgewater neighborhood.

Amenities span three floors — including a marble lobby, an exclusive bay-front lounge for owners and a sunrise pool overlooking the water. Additionally, residents can head to the wellness level, which has a resort-sized lap pool, a summer kitchen with a barbeque terrace and a stylish gym.

Venture up to the 30th floor for the pièce de résistance: the owner’s Sky Lounge. This lavish retreat houses a grand salon complete with a full bar, a library, a high-definition theater, a sprawling dining room and a game room.

Alison Parker of Douglas Elliman had the listing.

Meanwhile, the reggaeton star has revealed his inspiring journey of overcoming weight struggles through gastric bypass surgery — a transformative procedure that helped him shed a staggering 110 pounds in just six months.

In a candid interview with People magazine last December, the 42-year-old artist opened up about his decision to undergo the weight-loss procedure, explaining, “The reality is I’ve been fighting with my weight my whole life because this is an industry where you have to be in shape, you have to do movies, you have to do videos.”

Jam shared that witnessing a friend’s successful results from the same surgery ultimately convinced him to take the leap. “I mean, you’re always going to be nervous before you do surgery, so I was nervous. I ain’t going to lie,” he told the outlet. “But it’s something that I really wanted.”

Since the procedure, Jam has not only seen a remarkable physical transformation, but has also embraced a more active lifestyle.

“Basketball, that’s what helped me. I play basketball every single day,” he told People. “We play every day, and every time we play basketball, I think I lose two pounds!”
