A charming East Hampton beach manse designed by the architect of the famed nearby Grey Gardens residence is on the market for $25 million — and it can be yours just in time for the summer season.
This traditional shingled residence at 1 Lily Pond Lane was built in 1905. Known as the Frederick G. Potter House, it stands across the street from rocker Jon Bon Jovi’s home, the EC Potter House.
Both Gilded Age beach retreats were originally built for two brothers and — like Grey Gardens — share the same Arts and Crafts architect, Joseph Greenleaf Thorp.
