Property and channel management software partners play a key role in helping empower professional Hosts to share their spaces and optimize their operations to provide the best experience for our growing guest community.
To recognize and reward our top performing property and channel management software partners providing high quality solutions to our professional Host community, we created the Preferred Software Partner program. Today we’re announcing the latest cohort of 34 partners who have been designated a “Preferred” or “Preferred+” status.
The Preferred Software Partners program provides professional Hosts an accessible repository of trusted partners who can support tasks including managing listing content and resolutions, viewing transaction history, offering special offers and discounts, and understanding guest feedback to address opportunities for improvement, among other business-related tasks.
To support partners in the program, we provide a range of benefits including fast-tracked and dedicated technical support from Airbnb’s API support team, the ability to provide feedback on API features, and as well as other benefits that allow partners to make the most of their status.
To qualify for Preferred or Preferred+ status, property and channel management software partners are evaluated and selected based on their adherence to strict standard integration, technical, foundational, and performance requirements. These partners also go through a data security and API quality review to determine their eligibility.
