Lorde, real name Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O’Connor, bought her corner two-bedroom, 1,210-square-foot condo just down the way for $3.4 million — slightly less than its $3.45 million ask — in 2021.
The listing brokers of Lorde’s dwelling, Olga Reindlova Neulist and Gina M. Kuhlenkamp, of Sotheby’s International Realty, declined to comment. Corcoran’s Deborah Grubman, who represents the current unit on the floor with broker David Adler, also declined to comment.
The for-sale dwelling doesn’t shy from charm.
Listing images show a living room that’s anchored by a fireplace and rows of built-in shelves. A dining area comes with a built-in banquette. There’s also a galley kitchen with good cupboard space.
