These are some true goals for living.
In Scottsdale, Arizona, a sprawling listed estate has gone viral on Instagram for a rather unique sporting amenity: A fully functional hockey rink with real ice.
The modern Mediterranean-style abode boasts more than 12,000 square feet of space and plenty of luxe features, but the internet has zeroed in on this unique athletic offering.
“Touring a $12,500,000 house with a hockey rink inside,” reads the text on a video tour of the compound posted by the Instagram account WayUp Media, which has accrued north of 26,000 likes since being posted last week.
After panning over the outdoor pool setup, the camera follows as a guy wearing skates walks into the house past the al fresco dining area, through the sumptuous main room, down a flight of stairs and right onto the ice.
“Does it come with a Zamboni?” one viewer quipped, while another said, “1v1 all day every day.”

For those not interested in the sport, listing agents Kathleen Benoit, Bee Francis and Madelaine Elfgren with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty assure potential buyers that the rink has plenty of other uses, or can be removed.
“If an ice rink isn’t desired, it could be also used for pickle ball and other sport activities or be removed and redone to a spa, workout room with golf simulator or home movie theater,” the agents told The Post.
As for other highlights of the Arizona address, which is located in the gated DC Ranch/Silverleaf Development, “It has a fabulous outdoor patio and a lounge area, and an inground trampoline,” they noted.

In all, there are eight bedrooms, including one outfitted with eight bunk beds for sleepover parties, as well two garages and “a dedicated Peloton room,” according to the listing.
The kitchen has a wine wall, a built-in coffee maker, two dishwashers and a steam oven. The laundry room has a “full doggie wash” and a double set of washer/dryers, and there are also two attached guest houses, “ideal for a live-in nanny or visiting relatives.”
