The real estate consulting firm RCLCO has announced the publication of a new book designed for the creation and operation of a successful real estate business.
“Strategy for Real Estate Companies: The Nine Essential Pillars of Success for Developers, Builders, and Investors” is authored RCLCO Managing Director Charlie Hewlett, with contributions from RCLCO executives Adam Ducker, Ellen Klasson, Adam Ostler and Eric Willett. The book offers insight on defining and achieving goals, optimizing a company’s organizational structure and planning for the extreme cyclicality in the business, all while aiming at driving performance and profitability.
The book also offers case studies and insider knowledge, and it is being aimed at owners, executives and investors who are charged with setting the future direction of their real estate enterprise.
