Michael Joyce Named Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Boston Office

Michael Joyce

CBRE (NYSE:CBRE) has hired Michael Joyce as vice chairman in its Boston office, where he will join the urban leasing team and focus on investor and occupier leasing.

Joyce was previously vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston leasing practice. He worked at CBRE before co-founding the firm Richards Barry Joyce in 2001 – that firm was acquired by Transwestern in 2013 and Joyce remained as a partner for five years.

“With more than 25 years in commercial real estate, Mike brings a wealth of experience to our office leasing team,” said Michael Affronti, executive managing director for CBRE’s Greater Boston Advisory Services business. “Mike is an office and industrial leasing powerhouse with strong relationships from his decades-long career. He will partner with our capital markets team to leverage those relationships, while mentoring and growing our urban leasing team.”
