Racism, religious bias, hate, and discrimination go against everything we believe in, and we continue working to fight discrimination and build an equitable and inclusive community. This work includes enforcing our non-discrimination policy, helping Hosts welcome guests from all cultures and communities, speaking out against discrimination in all forms, including antisemitism, anti-Muslim hate and hatred directed toward Arab communities, as well as supporting employees from all backgrounds by building a workplace where everyone can belong and thrive.
As part of our commitment to fighting hate, in 2021 and 2022 we were proud to join the Anti-Defamation League’s Shine a Light campaign to combat antisemitism. Today, as the Jewish community marks the start of Hanukkah, we are once again joining the campaign and condemning antisemitism and hate in all its forms. The tragic increase in hate of all kinds, including antisemitic, anti-Muslim and anti-Arab attacks in the United States and around the world, is unacceptable, and we are honored to stand with organizations and companies around the world that are speaking out against violence, hatred and discrimination.
We have seen how meaningful exchanges between people of different backgrounds, cultures, experiences and geographic regions can help create a more tolerant, respectful and just world. We will continue to help foster more people-to-people connections and speak out against all forms of hate.
