Restaurant king Mathieu Massa served up $32 million for Miami digs

Miami

Restaurateur and real estate investor Mathieu Massa, founder of Massa Investment Group, has sold his waterfront Miami Beach home for a record $32 million — down from its $36 million ask.

He bought the property, at 1826 W. 23rd St., for $5.75 million in 2014 and built the home in 2017.

Massa is known for his restaurants Queen Miami Beach, Marion and El Tucán, frequented by the likes of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez (who recently shared a date night at Japanese steakhouse Queen).

Other guests have included DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, Will Smith, Eva Longoria, Flo Rida and Gabrielle Union.

The home, designed by Cesar Molina, is known as “Villa Aman” and boasts stunning downtown skyline views.

The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath abode is 6,132 square feet and sits on a third of an acre.

The outside space includes a covered TV lounge, a “knife-edged” pool, a summer kitchen and 75 feet of frontage that leads to the ocean.

The listing broker is Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman.
