A TikTokker named Chloe, known on the app as @chloeisag, purchased a home for just $97,000 — and she got a lot more than what she bargained for, fondly referring to the property as the “Treasure House.”

In the video, which has racked up nearly 1 million views, she embarks on an adventure: A heartwarming stuffed animal treasure hunt, including some goods that millennials like her will appreciate.

In a bid to contribute to Christmas presents destined for children worldwide, Chloe received a request from a friend seeking stuffed animals.

Unbeknownst to her, her home was a veritable menagerie. “I don’t think I have a few of anything,” she chuckled, remarking on the abundance of treasures within her home.

The jackpot revealed itself in the form of an extensive array of Beanie Babies — Bambi, an ‘under the sea’ collection and a staggering 104 cats among them.

Amid the excitement, thinking she had struck true gold in the form of the 1990s’ most sought-after toys, Chloe humorously referred to ancient literature, stumbling upon “The Beanie Baby Handbook” from 1998. “I thought I was rich,” she quipped, before reality struck hard with the actual verdict — her Beanie Babies were deemed virtually worthless.

Navigating through room after room, Chloe uncovered more stuffed animals and Beanie Babies, each with its own unique story.

Yet, it wasn’t merely about the toys; it was about honoring the previous homeowners.

Discovering a newspaper clipping detailing the former, and late, homeowner’s love for purchasing and gifting stuffed animals to children during her free time, Chloe felt a deep sense of connection.

“I am so excited to re-home these to kids,” Chloe said of her finds, which will find new lives and spark renewed joy in the hands of those in need.

“I know that she would be so happy that these animals are blessing as many kids as possible,” she said of the home’s former owner.
