London townhouse on block from ‘Love Actually’ lists for $3.45M

London

This London house isn’t just historic: It’s also an extra in a cult-favorite Christmas flick.

A three-bedroom townhouse on Notting Hill’s St. Luke’s Mews is seeking a new buyer to the tune of $3.45 million.

Diehard fans of the 2003 romcom “Love Actually” will recognize this abode for being located on the same block where newlyweds Juliet (Keira Knightley) and Mark (Andrew Lincoln) lived in a pink property in the film.

The one now up for sale, in contrast, is painted a pastel green with a bright green door — not a strange sight on the street, as the bright colors are a significant part of the stretch’s appeal, listing agent Jack Thomas told Mansion Global, which first reported the address hitting the market.

“Properties on this mews are always in high demand and this pastel green exterior epitomizes the colorful aesthetic charm of St. Luke’s Mews, now world renowned due to its cameo in the Christmas film ‘Love Actually, ‘ ” Thomas, who is also a sales manager at Knight Frank’s Notting Hill office, added to The Post.

This particular residence is newly refurbished and “has been meticulously redesigned to feature elegant, open plan living spaces which seamlessly blend with its outside space of both garden and south facing roof terrace,” Thomas added.

In all, there are 1,786 square feet of floor space spread over four floors, which are connected by a curving staircase.

The first floor contains the primary bedroom, a secondary bedroom and one of three bathrooms (the third bedroom is located on the ground level below), and upstairs is the reception room and terrace.

The kitchen, designed by the award-winning kitchen designer Rational, boasts Miele appliances, a Liebherr wine fridge and freezer, porcelain worktops and underfloor heating.
