This 1,800-square-foot guesthouse boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is surrounded by the stunning beauty of Stewart’s meticulously landscaped gardens and her iconic original greenhouse.
The Tenant House is nestled within Stewart’s sprawling 153-acre estate known as Cantitoe Corners in Westchester County, just north of New York City.
Stewart acquired this property, which appears often on her buzzy Instagram feed, in 2000 for a cool $15.2 million — and it’s nothing short of a domestic paradise.
Stewart herself describes it as enchanting, with its picturesque gardens, linden tree-lined allée, whimsical topiaries, majestic maples and even a hedge maze.
The overnight stay, priced at an incredibly affordable $11.23 to honor Thanksgiving’s date this year, can be booked like any other accommodation on Booking.com. Simply follow the prompts, input your details and prepare for a Thanksgiving-inspired experience like no other.
The adventure begins with a 10 a.m. check-in, complete with a tour of the Tenant House.
Stewart’s head gardener, Ryan McCallister, will lead you on a guided tour of the estate, taking in Stewart’s famous chicken coop (home to more than 200 chickens), and exploring the lush gardens and stables.
And that’s just the beginning.
Stewart has designed a full itinerary to immerse you in her favorite Thanksgiving-inspired and fall traditions.

But the highlight of your stay? Brunch with Stewart herself at her Maple Avenue House on the property, where her Roku show “Martha Cooks” is filmed. The meal will be prepared by James Beard award-winning chef Thomas Joseph, executive vice president of culinary at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
As if that weren’t enough, the experience will include airport transfers, and even off-property lunch and dinner at Martha Stewart’s recommended restaurants, like The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges. Guests also receive signed copies of her cookbooks and other delightful goodies.
If you’re in the mood for some exercise, head over to the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, a county park just down the road from Martha’s farm. Or simply take in the serene beauty of the property’s many animals.
The Tenant House itself is a cozy and inviting space, filled with natural light from its numerous windows, the listing notes.
