Australia-born DJ Georgia Sinclair, who is also a producer and tech entrepreneur, has rented her Southern California pad to TikTok star Nick Austin — and it has Madison Beer approval.
We hear that Beer — the New York-born singer-songwriter, who is even a bigger hit on the social media platform with 18.7 million followers — toured the glam condo with Austin at a showing before he signed the lease.
The West Hollywood home, in a 14-story midrise, was asking $8,500 a month; Austin signed a lease for around $8,200 a month, sources say.
The two-bedroom, two-bath condo is 1,500 square feet and showcases stunning views of Beverly Hills. Building amenities include a doorman, a concierge, a gym, a pool with cabanas, a barbeque and valet parking.
Austin and Beer have been dating since 2020, and went “Instagram official” in March 2021, according to reports. Since then, Beer released her single, “Showed Me (How I Fell in Love with You),” and published her memoir, “The Half of It.”
In an interview with InStyle, the “Dangerous” singer talked about the positive nature of her relationship with Austin: “I’m super happy with my relationship, and I feel really safe, and I feel like I’m with someone I consider my best friend.”
Austin — who has 9 million TikTok followers — was formerly a member of the Hype House, a TikTok and YouTube collective. Other former members included Addison Rae, Charli and Dixie D’Amelio. While he thought about acting, Austin once said on a video: “Social media is better than [acting], because you can be yourself.”
The listing broker was Stefano Zoccatelli at Nest Seekers International. Chase Rogers, at the Beverly Hills Estates, repped Austin.
