LA compound where Jennifer Aniston lived during ‘Friends’ lists for $2.5M

A multi-building Los Angeles estate once home to Jennifer Aniston during her time on the iconic sitcom “Friends” has listed for $2.59 million.

The listing is perched atop Laurel Canyon in the Hollywood Hills and is held by Compass’s Wendy Moore.

This offering comes as the actress, 54 is mourning the loss of her friend and co-star, Matthew Perry, who was found dead in his Jacuzzi in an apparent drowning on Saturday.

In addition to Aniston, the residence’s celebrity pedigree also includes the actor and director Corbin Bernsen, known for appearing on “General Hospital” among other TV series, who previously owned the property.

And while Academy Award-winning cinematographer Nestor Almendros never purchased the historic property, which was constructed in 1936, he was for many years a tenant of its hillside bungalow, which is named “El Nido de Nestor” (The Nest of Nestor) in his honor.

In addition to the bungalow, the four-structure compound also features an A-frame guest house with a kitchenette, a pool, a pool house, multiple outdoor seating areas and a two-bedroom main house, all of which have been “meticulously restored.”

Highlights of the main home include a bar-equipped dining room open to the living area, which boasts a fireplace (the A-frame and another bedroom offer additional fireplaces), an impressively high-ceilinged kitchen connected to an outdoor dining patio, a primary suite with its own sitting area — and a two-tier, landscaped privacy wall along the domicile’s street-facing side.

In all, the lot measures in at slightly under 5,700 square feet.
