A-listers Beyoncé and Jay-Z, and, separately, Mariah Carey, have all vacationed at this starchitect-designed shingle-style home on Martha’s Vineyard, which just hit the market for $13.75 million. (The brokers and owner declined to comment for this story.)

It’s perched across the Edgartown Great Pond from former President Barack and Michelle Obama, who bought their 29-acre estate for $11.75 million in 2019. (Bey and Jay were even in town for the Obama’s “scaled down” 60th birthday party pandemic bash in August 2021.)

Built in 1994 and renovated by Robert A.M. Stern in 2003, the nearly 22-acre estate at 10 and 12 Boldwater Road in Edgartown was built in 1994 and features a main residence with seven bedrooms and 10 baths, along with a guest house, an Amish barn, a pool, a pond and a pool house with gym, sauna, and massage room.

Altogether, the property boasts 11 bedrooms, 11 baths and two powder rooms.

The main home opens with a grand foyer and features a post-and-beam ceiling in the living room.

The main bedroom on the second floor overlooks the property, while a dining room off the chef’s kitchen comes with a wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the gardens.

Design details include French doors, a covered porch and multiple skylights and fireplaces.
