This Hamptons home is asking $3.2M — after selling for $2.6M in June

Interior designer/hotelier Tracy Turco and her husband Jerry, a real estate developer, are flipping their Sag Harbor home for $3.2 million — after buying it for $2.6 million in June.

The four-bedroom, 4½-bath home at 27 Cedar Ave. is 2,596 square feet.

Built in 1996, the home was “reimagined” by Turco. It comes fully furnished, with two fireplaces and a finished basement with a game room. Outside, there’s a pool, a pool house, a deck and landscaped grounds — all on just under half an acre, which also boasts partial water views.

Neighbors include Kelly Klein, ex-wife of designer Calvin Klein, who’s building a modern barn with lots of glass on 1.69 acres that she bought for $15.9 million, as Gimme Shelter exclusively reported previously.

Klein’s home came with a 600-square-foot, two-bedroom cottage and a deep-water dock on coveted Sag Harbor Bay, along with approved plans to build a 10,000-square-foot home. (Klein had previously sold her 30-acre Bridgehampton horse farm to Madonna for $9.6 million).

The Turcos are also still selling their Barbie-style, Manalapan, Florida home for $7.19 million — now off market — after buying it earlier this year for $6.62 million.

In addition, the couple continue to shop a $2.8 million Palm Springs, California, home where Hollywood actress Zsa Zsa Gabor and her sisters once lived. That unusual home — and Turco, along with her flamboyant style — will be featured in HGTV’s new show, “Zillow Gone Wild,” which is slated to launch in January. The show is based on the popular Instagram account by the same name and will showcase some over-the-top homes on the market.

Turco tells Gimme the couple now has their sights set on buying and fixing up a castle in Portugal.

The Sag Harbor home’s listing broker is Nancy Pearson of Sotheby’s International Realty.
