Michael B. Jordan could be the next star owner at this NYC tower

Actor Michael B. Jordan — one of Time’s Most Influential People in 2023 — is in contract to buy a $17.5 million penthouse at the Olympia in Dumbo, Brooklyn, a 33-story luxury tower that’s proving to have star power.

Jordan is known for his roles like Adonis Creed in all three “Creed” films, as well as playing the character Erik Killmonger in “Black Panther” and Oscar Grant in “Fruitvale Station.”

If Jordan closes on the deal — there is speculation that he may not, sources tell Gimme Shelter — he will join other athletes and creatives in the building.

Brooklyn Nets All-Star Ben Simmons purchased a $12 million, two-unit combo on the 21st floor, while the award-winning couple behind major hits like “Frozen” and “Let it Go” — Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez — bought a similar combo unit on the 24th floor for $11.34 million, as Gimme previously reported.

Jordan, however, is slow to close on his deal and real estate sources are wondering why. Whatever he decides to do, Jordan is committed to Brooklyn.

The actor, together with rapper Drake, have just bought the Brooklyn Aces, a Major League Pickleball team. While the Olympia isn’t known for pickleball, it does have a regulation-size tennis court, along with two pools, a two-lane bowling alley and a gym with a juice bar.

The four-bedroom, 3½-bath penthouse at 30 Front St. is a spacious 4,266 square feet and boasts a private, 500-square-foot terrace with stunning panoramic views — from the Brooklyn Bridge to the Manhattan skyline.

The 33rd-floor unit comes with ceilings as tall as 13 feet.

From a private elevator landing, the home opens to a formal foyer and gallery that lead to open living and dining areas, with a wet bar and wine fridge. There’s also a chef’s kitchen with a pizza oven and an in-wall coffee machine.

The main bedroom includes an ensuite, spa-like bath — while another bedroom doubles as a den.

Two additional bedrooms are in a separate wing and also come with ensuite baths.

Jordan did not return calls.
