A charming Connecticut home once owned by Lucie Arnaz, the daughter of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, has hit the market for $1.99 million.
The Weston, Conn., home, at 22 White Oak Lane in Fairfield County, includes a barn that Arnaz once used as a production studio.
Arnaz, a 72-year-old actor and singer, owned the home with her husband Larry Luckinbill from 2007 to 2013. She got her start as a teen actress on “Here’s Lucy,” a sitcom spinoff of “I Love Lucy,” that ran from 1968 to 1974. The show often featured guest stars like Ginger Rogers, Carol Burnett and Dean Martin. Arnaz recently told Page Six that she made her famous mother promise to fire her if she wasn’t good on the show — she was worried about comparison.
The five-bedroom, 5½-bath home is 5,207 square feet and sits on 2 acres.
Built in 1980, the property includes a pool and a generator.
Inside, there’s a chef’s kitchen, a home office, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining room with built-in corner hutches and sliders, along with a back terrace.
The family room features a stone fireplace and a copper counter wet bar — while the main bedroom has a spa bath, two walk-in closets and a balcony overlooking the backyard.
The finished basement comes with a gym and a media room, cedar and wine closets, and storage.
The listing broker is Karen Magee of Brown Harris Stevens.
