Longtime New Jersey resident Chris Rock eyes a $9.45M NYC condo

Long a New Jersey resident, Chris Rock appears to be in an Empire State of mind these days.

Rock, the four-time Emmy and three-time Grammy-winning comedian and actor — who’s done everything from the hilarious 1999 spoken-word “No Sex (In the Champagne Room)” track to addressing Will Smith’s Oscars slap in a Netflix stand-up special earlier this year — has been house-hunting in the city.

We hear he toured a $9.45 million condo in Soho, whose images show a handsome wood-clad interior fit for a man with taste like Rock.

The two-bedroom, three-bathroom residence at 60 Greene St. is a spacious 3,918 square feet and takes up the entire fourth floor in a five-story cast-iron building that dates to 1873.

The open-concept home comes with ceilings close to 13 feet high, large windows, hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, classic columns, exposed brick and a woodburning fireplace with a statement mantel made of backlit onyx tiles.

Beyond touring this luxe home, Rock, 58, was also recently spotted on a sweet stroll with his eldest daughter, Lola Simone Rock, 21, in Soho — just as the trailer for his latest film, “Rustin”, dropped.
